No Returns - Only Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges, but only under the following condition:

• Exchange is only applicable for sizing issues.
• We do not offer exchanges for color preferences or any other personal preferences.

Because our garments are made from 100% organic fabric, we do not reshelve used or handled pieces. It’s a baby-safe thing—we hope you understand.

Exchange Charges

To keep your Cozy Bear pieces soft and safe:

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Use mild, baby-safe detergent
• No bleach, no fabric softeners
• Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results
• Iron on low heat if needed (but we like the natural crinkle look)
