Exchange Policy

At Cozy Bear, we’re committed to keeping your little ones comfy, cozy, and safe—which is why we take our product hygiene very seriously.

No Returns—Only Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges, but only under the following condition:

  • Exchange is only applicable for sizing issues.

  • We do not offer exchanges for color preferences or any other personal preferences.

Because our garments are made from 100% organic fabric, we do not reshelve used or handled pieces. It’s a baby-safe thing—we hope you understand.

Exchange Charges

For all approved size-based exchanges, a courier handling charge of ₹100 will be applicable.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must raise your exchange request within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or email confirmation).

How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at orders@thecozybear.in with your order number and exchange reason. Once approved, send your item to:

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately at orders@thecozybear.in so we can set things right.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in original condition

  • Any products beyond the 3-day window

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Cozy Bear does not follow the EU 14-day cooling-off policy. All exchanges must adhere strictly to our exchange-only guidelines.
